Write the first digit as it is

After 4 write the sum of the two digits 4 & 3 i.e. 7

Now write the last digit i.e. 3
473 is the answer
If the sum of the 2 digits adds to more than 9, then do this -
Example -
56 x 11
First digit is 5 but total of 5 & 6 is 11 so carry forward the 1 in ten's place and add to the 5 keeping the 1 in unit's place as it is. That makes it (5 + 11) i.e. 61. Write the last digit which is 6 after 61.
So the answer is 616
